I do run a lot, which leaves me plenty of time for thoughts. I found out that enthusiasm makes running easier. My opinion is that as we go along the road of our lives, we impact people around us, leaving prints of hope. I think my poems to be prints of the people that put faith in me, and I just converted these into words. I don't know. But I am certain that every step you take leaves a print of hope.
